    Login to the Grievance Redressal Portal using your mobile number. Enter the OTP sent to your phone to continue.

  • Create

    Click on “New Grievance” and provide a clear description of your issue in the given form.

  • Submit

    Submit the form. You will receive an acknowledgement message along with a unique Grievance ID.

  • Track

    You can also track the status anytime on the website using your Grievance ID.
